Abstract
|
|
|
Paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH) has occasionally reported in association
with other hematologic disorder such as aplastic anemia, myelofibrosis, acute leukemia or
chronic leukemia. The development of PNH in other hematologic disorder support the
hypothesis that PNH is a disorder of the common hematopoietic stem cell. We observed
one case of PNH-like defect associated with myelofitrosis, and report this case with
review of literature.
